I had an oversized beret some years ago and loved it, so I was hoping to replace it. This hat is the right size - large enough to cover my hair without smashing it into hat head. It's lined which is nice. The only issue I have is that the wool is very stiff, not soft and it doesn't drape: it needs pushing into place. Since I had expectations based on an old hat, I was a little disappointed, but nevertheless, i do like this hat. It took 13 days from ordering to arrival.

The hat is so beautifully made and delivery was smooth. I've lost my hair due to chemo and I'll be wearing this hat to Salem and Boston on my vacation in early December. I hope to wear it with different wigs (and without) for different looks! Great craftsmanship!

I absolutely love this hat! The construction is great, no flaws anywhere, and is super soft. Love the material too. Adorable. This hat fits great and makes me feel like a Wes Anderson character. It even garnered compliments from strangers in Manhattan. Shipping was much faster than advertised. Will likely order more items and complete my metamorphosis into Obnoxious Beret Girl.
