Return, Exchange and Cancellation
- For return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back for full refund.
- Return items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original packaging.
- Refund will be issued once it's received and inspected. We refund will be process within 3 business days receiving the return package.

- We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in the case that an item needs to be returned.
We are glad to offer exchange. if it doesn't fit you, just return and exchange it for something else. We will process any exchange as a new order. Refund on return item a it will be processed within three business days upon receiving and inspection, a notification will be send to you.
We do accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of placing the order as all orders automatically enter our work processing system immediately.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
