Hat is not as slouchy as it portrayed in the pictures. My head is average sized. It is tight even with the adjustment all the way loose and it is uncomfortable. Will not recommend or buy again

I wish it were just a little bit. . .

I wish it were just a little bigger, maybe it will stretch some with wear. Also would like it to be closer to a tan beige, but colors are so difficult to read on line. Other than that I love it and will enjoy wearing it.

Bought 2 hats this time and love them both. The slouch hat has a little brim on the front which is adorable. Love the detailed seaming on the the newsboys hat. A seamless transaction.

Great Hat with Poor and Inadequate Sizing!

The hat is well made of good quality; however, I am extremely disappointed with the inaccurate sizing. I have purchased Two extra Large Applejacks from your company previously that are “outstanding” in: quality, extra large sizing and style. After six years, they continue to be Stunning and durable. Upon measuring my older applejack hats with the newly purchased hats, my new hat is greatly smaller. I sincerely desire an Oversized black Applejack as requested.

I liked the black leather beret very much, but I was surprised to see the silver metal ring at the crown. I was able to unscrew it, but there are two small holes left behind. It would have been nice if that ring was mentioned in the description and shown in some of the pictures. That’s why I knocked off a star.

Excellent quality of the material and construction, but inaccurate web colors and availability

While I have ordered more than 10 berets and have been pleased with the quality of the material, work and the option for customization, my abiding frustration is a failure to maintain accurate information on the web regarding colors and availability. Even after a mix up with my recent order where I selected and they confirmed Black Stripe and Coffee Stripe, the coffee was not available so they substituted camel and Navy was sent for the black (Navy stripe is not shown as an option). Before writing this review I checked and the website still not been amended. While the camel substitute was offered as complimentary, I now have 3 camel and 2 navy stripe berets.
